Thank you for visiting Lift Up Chile

On february 27th, 2010, an 8.8 earthquake followed by a tsunami devastated a big part of the Bio-Bio Region (Concepcion),  and caused great damage from the Metropolitan Region (Santiago) to the Araucania Region (Temuco).

Up to this point, almost 400 people have died, another couple of hundreds are still missing and close to 2 million people have lost their homes.

They are the reason we decided to create Lift Up Chile. We don’t know what will come out from this effort, but we do know that something needed to be done to extend a helping hand to this small country in South America.

All the money we raise through Lift Up Chile will be used to help rebuild Chile. We have partnered with Co-Link, a local non-profit organization, and all resources gathered through Lift Up Chile in the US will be channeled through them.
